Complain about our Camp in (Ormseter) in Hamar city

We have many complaints about the facilities and the workers in our camp, like: Internet, washing machine, etc…..

We really need to use Internet in our camp but it is not working a lot of the time. We inform the workers about our problems and something we want from them, but they tell us that we have to buy everything ourselves. Unfortunately they do not care about what we tell them, and also they don`t listen to us. They tell us to pay money to use Internet.

A long time ago there was some bad episodes happening in our camp. Two guys were fighting and we contacted the workers. After a long time and so slowly they came here. We think that they are not doing a good job here, and they do not participate in the way we thought they would.

We have never seen people from the UDI coming here and talking to us about our problems in this camp. Also when people from the area around the camp bring some clothes for us the workers try to sell them to us. Even when this is meant to be a gift to us from the other people. The workers really make us pay for it. We are in the best country for asylumseekers in the world, but nothing is the way it should be in this camp.

Finally we kindly request that the UDI send some members to our camp in Hamar to learn about our problems, and the total situation here.
